HSI prides itself in quality production in a timely manner. One of our regular light assembly customers is Weaver Manufacturing in Columbia. Each Friday we return finished product while picking up our order for the following week. This job involves snapping pivots into four corners of a plastic frame, and inserting elastic strapping into the pivots and fasteners. Upon return to Weaver, additional processes are performed and once completed, a dusk mask is the result. Currently we process 12,000 parts weekly but sometimes the order is doubled. When this occurs we gladly work additional hours, whatever is necessary to meet our customer’s needs. Our staff constantly monitors the work of our employees for quality.

We offer “light assembly” of varying types. We assemble electrical components for Square D, Columbia where seventeen ¼” x 1” bars must be carefully positioned in a jig, then a larger bar snapped across the top of the 17. The piece is then glued on both sides and snapped tight with a press.

HSI currently provides many services for Brookstone Distribution Center in Mexico. These jobs entail everything from ticketing merchandise to testing photo frames and tower fans to collating catalog inserts.
